I met Abigail, Adam and their daughter Eden while on assignment for the Washington Post at an event called, “Baby Loves Disco” where parents and their tots danced to music on a Saturday morning at the Rock and Roll Hotel on H Street. We met back up after a few months and spent a couple of hours having fun and taking pictures. We took some time at their place and then ventured out into Adams Morgan. Eden is an amazing baby who was so much fun to photograph and I’m really glad to have been able to spend time with her and her parents.

They were laughing and having a great time together the entire time. If this was any indication of what the wedding will be like, I’m in for a treat.

With the cover of clouds we had beautiful diffuse light and were lucky when the sun decided to make a brief appearance. Best of all, we spent a few hours having a good time exploring the tidal basin.
