Amy and James had perfect weather for their afternoon ceremony at St David’s Episcopal Church in Wayne, Pennsylvania. After that, we spent some time across the street in an awesome cemetery before heading over to the James’ family homestead - acres of beautiful green. I was excited to learn that Amy designed her own dress.
They did most of the work for the DJ by picking all of the music and, to put it over the top, James’ friends came to together to form a band that played a hardy set with some AC/DC mixed in there. James was totally into it, and if the dance floor were just a bit more densely packed at he just might have crowd-surfed. It was awesome!
Just when things started to settle down, they rounded out the night with fireworks. Not the little ones that kids light off on the 4th of July, but the big-boy ones.
