Congressional Country Club Wedding, Renata + Stephen
I am never sure what a given wedding day is going to turn out like, and I really like that. It makes every ceremony, reception and everything else more fun. Of course I have a schedule, but what I really love is not knowing when the best pictures are going to happen.
Renata and Stephen kept me on my toes all day with little moments and details. Examples were at the ceremony, at The Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes at Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda, when Stephen flashed his wedding ring mid-ceremony to the guest and at the reception, at Congressional Country Club, when he scooped Renata up on the dancefloor which made for a fun frame of her puffy dress and shoes suspended in the air. They were a lot of fun to spend the day with and didn’t let the rain get in their way.

Wonderful shots of a terrific wedding. Your photos reflect the happiness and joy of the bride and groom and also all the people that were lucky enough to be invited.

Phenomenal photos. True capture. The Black and Whites are spectacular. Show the others.

I like the photo of the dog. Did the photographer have to make any corrections in that photo for red eye? Every time I take a photo of Jake, his eyes come out red or some other color.

Thank you all for taking the time to come see the photos and for the wonderful feedback. I will be sharing additional photos very soon.
Andy, I did not have any red eye issues with Jake because I did not use a flash. Next time you take pictures of him try it in good light and turn off your flash.

Just outstanding pictures. I can’t tell you the joy it gave me to see Steve drink a toast from the “Pimp” goblet. Somehow it spoke to the opportunities in life he’s had and taken advantage of. That’s my boy!
